SDCS Meeting 4-25-07

In attendance were:

Lan gives Tracy old insurance documents for filing.

Tracy returns proof of 401c3 from IRS and SIG guidelines from 1983 to
Dave Tooley.

Minutes were read.

Dave moves to accept minutes, Dick seconds. Motion carried.

Tracy to give KPLUG bank statements to George Geller, KPLUG treasurer.

Lan contacted an attorney to look at liability waivers, wireless, etc. but
did not make contact. Will try again.

Stan reports we have received dues from KPLUG and PCUG.

67 KPLUG members
58 PCUG members

Elections will be at KPLUG on Thursday May 10th 2007.

Lan will email election notice to -interest.

Treasurer report given.

Whether SDCS should have a list of all of the SIG's members is discussed.
Lan will ask groups for member lists.

Dave motions to accept treasurers report. Josh seconds. Motion carried.

Josh reports that SDCS domain name and email are hosted by an unknown
organization co-owned by Gregory and Claude Mathis of Mac User Group and
that we need to move the domain.

Claude's email is on file with godaddy so we cannot recover the password.

Lan will contact Claude to get access.

Josh will follow up with Greg.

Lan will PDF the insurance policy.

Dick moves to adjourn meeting. John seconds. Motion carried.
