7-30-06 SDCS Meeting

Called to order 7:00pm

Lan gave Tracy forms to file for incorporation

Josh moves that he will pick a mobile phone plan and email Lan, Lan
will sign up with club charge card. Dave seconds. Carried.

Stan Follis Treasurer reports:
No more $37 fee from bank to have credit cards, now free.
Bank balance is $2245.88
Vanguard savings is $11,888.55

Advise SIGS in November to provide an annual financial report.

Lan will contact insurance company to determine covered locations. Lan
has the insurance papers.

Josh moves to allow sigs to issue their own membership cards of
SDCS/SIG. Lan seconds. All but Stan vote in favor. Passed.

Discussed room reservations - no action taken.

Josh reports website has been updated. Webhost is at EV1.net in Texas
and is free.

Josh reviewed our email setup and will investigate who owns our domain
name.

Josh reports that the Computer Edge ad is still available and will
submit a basic ad with a list of SIGs.

Arlene will review bylaws.

Dave moves we adjourn, Stan seconds. Motion carried and meeting
adjourns at 8:45pm.
